All acquisitions from Mansión Luna are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Vintage | Antiques
Our collection consists primarily of curated vintage and antique pieces. Each piece may show signs of age, wear, patina, variation, or other characters consistent with its history. These characteristics are not considered defects. We make every effort to accurately photograph the condition of each piece. Please review all photographs and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Damage | Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged in transit, you receive the incorrect item, or there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at concierge@mansionluna.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
